How to adjust the air compressor
1. Maintenance steps
(1) Clean and inspect the whole machine.
(2) Remove the screw plug of the cylinder head, check whether the oil is blowing, and blow the air passage and joint with compressed air.
(3) Check the sealing of the flap valve and the valve seat, and grind or replace if necessary.
(4j Check the tightness of the plug ring. When the rotation speed is 900~1 000 r/min, the pressure of the 35 L volume air tank cannot reach 0.7 MPa within 8 minutes. The oil that penetrates into the air tank exceeds 3 mL/h. Indicates that the sealing capacity of the piston ring is too low and should be disassembled and inspected.
(5) Measure the gap between the piston and the cylinder wall. If it exceeds 0.2 mm, the cylindricity deviation exceeds 0.1 mm, and the roundness deviation exceeds 0.05 mm. The cylinder should be bored and replaced with enlarged pistons and piston rings. If the wear is not serious, only replace the new piston ring. When installing the piston ring, the inclined surface should be upward, the ring mouth should be staggered, and the position of the adjacent two rings should not be corresponding to avoid air leakage.
(6) Check and scrape the connecting rod bearings. After oiling and installing, they should rotate flexibly and have no shaking gaps.
(7) Overhaul the piston pin. The cooperation between the piston pin and the connecting rod bushing requires no oil, and can be easily pushed in with the thumb; the cooperation between the piston pin and the pin seat requires that a wooden stick can be used to knock people lightly.
(8) Check whether the cylinder head is warped or grooved, and if necessary, grind it with valve sand on the platform. The unevenness deviation of the joint plane between the cylinder head and the cylinder body shall not exceed 0.05 mm when measured with a flat ruler. The tightening torque of the cylinder head bolts is 12.17 N.m. When tightening, it should be evenly tightened in two or three times.
(9) Remove the dirt on the surface of the exhaust valve, and the valve plate should be replaced with a new one if it is too worn.
