Air compressor maintenance related analysis
a. The pressure on the gas pipeline of the compressor exceeds the rated load pressure, and the pressure regulator is disconnected. No need to take measures. When the pressure on the gas pipeline is lower than the loading (position) pressure of the pressure regulator, the compressor will automatically load.
b. The solenoid valve of the compressor is out of order. Remove it for inspection and replace it if necessary.
c. There is leakage on the control pipeline between the compressor oil-gas separator and the unloading valve, check the pipeline and the connection, if there is leakage, it needs to be repaired.
Air compressor over temperature
a. There is no oil in the compressor or the oil level is too low. Check and add oil if necessary, but do not allow too much oil.
b. The oil filter is blocked. Replace the oil filter.
c. The oil cut-off valve fails and the spool is stuck. Remove it for inspection.
d. The oil and gas separator filter element is blocked or the resistance is too large. Remove it for inspection or replace it.
e. The surface of the oil cooler is blocked Check and clean if necessary
