How to choose a hand saw
How to choose a hand saw? Today, we will discuss how to choose a hand saw correctly from the perspective of carpenter's craftsmanship.
1. The frame saw blade is twisted at about 45° in the middle of the plan view of the frame saw frame. The saw blade is kept vertical and cannot be twisted on both sides;
2. The saw bow is tight;
3. Hold the hand on the side of the saw blade (not the tight side), clamp the saw button between the left ring finger and the little finger, or the left ring finger of the middle thumb and the left ring finger is fine, just hold it comfortably;
4. In the case of lower sawing, the saw blade should be vertical to the plan of the product workpiece, that is, vertical to the road surface;
5. The viewing angle between the saw blade and the product workpiece should be smaller first, and in the least case, it is to be sawed close to the plan of the product workpiece;
6. Gently push and pull the first head first, basically use the net weight of the saw itself to eat into the product workpiece, and give the first groove, which can be moved slightly sideways after the groove is stable;
6.1. The band saw blade is always offset in places where it basically does not work with very large force, and the sawed grooves have different shapes;
6.2. Since the deep layer that can be sawed off each time is basically only related to the serrated deep layer, no matter how much pressure is pressed, it will not exceed this deep layer;
6.3. If the sawed pipe groove is straight, the wood is dry and stable, and it is basically not easy to squeeze the band saw blade, that is, there is not much frictional resistance in the line of the saw;
