After starting the air compressor, pay attention to the following matters:
1) Whether there is abnormal sound in each part of the unit, and whether the vibration exceeds the allowable value;
2) Check the oil temperature rise speed of each bearing. If the bearing temperature rises too fast, stop immediately when it is close to the maximum allowable value. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the outlet temperature of the oil cooler. If it rises to the allowable range of 35-40°C, the oil heating system should be cut off, and the water inlet valve of the oil cooler should be opened slowly;
3) Adjust the inlet water volume of each cooler so that the temperature of the medium behind the cooler does not exceed the allowable value.
4) According to the air separation operation requirements, adjust the discharge pressure of the compressor;
5) After the expander is started, closely observe the changes of the compressor discharge pressure and inlet flow to prevent the unit from surging.
