Measures for Environmental Protection and Emission Reduction of Air Compressors
The measures for environmental protection and emission reduction of air compressors are briefly introduced in this article through five methods. However, the air compressors in your factory can achieve the goal of environmental protection and emission reduction.
Working principle of air compressor:
The compressor is directly driven by the motor to make the crankshaft rotate, and the connecting rod is driven to make the piston reciprocate, causing the cylinder volume to change. Due to the change of the pressure in the cylinder, the air enters the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the intake valve. During the compression stroke, due to the reduction of the cylinder volume, the compressed air passes through the exhaust valve, and passes through the exhaust pipe. The direction valve (check valve) enters the air storage tank, and when the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, it is controlled by the pressure switch and automatically stops. When the pressure of the air storage tank drops to 0.5--0.6MPa, the pressure switch is automatically connected and activated.
Environmentally friendly emission reduction measures for air compressors:
(1) Strengthen the operation management of air compressors, strive to improve the efficiency of air compressors, and make them operate at better efficiency. In order to ensure the high-efficiency operation of the air compressor, the air compressor is regularly measured and the maintenance management is strengthened. The main measures taken are to reduce air leakage loss; reduce the resistance of suction and exhaust cutting systems; strengthen cooling; improve the technical level of operators and the quality of technicians; implement intensified maintenance and zero-failure equipment management.
(2) Reduce pipeline loss. In view of the objective reality that the air compressor station is far away from the work site, we have repeatedly demonstrated that the air compressor station is moved from the wellhead to the well-ventilated roadway.
