Application and service life of air compressor
Due to the uneven air consumption of the air compressor in production, sometimes the instantaneous air consumption is large, especially when the air supply pressure is used at a large air point or when the air is stopped, there will be large fluctuations in the air supply pressure. Therefore, our factory uses gas storage tanks to supply gas to balance the unbalanced state between gas production and gas consumption, and to ensure the stability of gas supply pressure during continuous gas supply. 10B00 and 16B00 are the time for the air compressor to inflate the air storage tank, respectively. At this time, the air storage tank is in a state of supplying air to the air point and receiving air from the air compressor at the same time. The pressure curve shows an upward trend because the air charge is greater than the air consumption. At the peak of gas consumption in the morning and afternoon, the pressure drop was faster, while the pressure drop at noon and evening was slightly slower. The change of pressure is a phenomenon, and the change of gas volume is the essence. The change of gas supply pressure in the figure is essentially a reflection of the change of supply and demand of gas volume.
Air compressor operation mode, reducing the final stage discharge pressure Considering the reliability, economy and safety of the air compressor operation, the final stage discharge pressure of the air compressor should be limited. The measured data of the motor indicated current value and exhaust temperature of the air compressor under different working pressures, as the exhaust pressure of the air compressor increases, the motor indicated current value also increases, which means that the power consumption increases. The increase of exhaust pressure will also cause the exhaust temperature to be too high and increase the heat load of the cooler.
It is necessary to obtain more air volume with as little startup time as possible to improve operating efficiency. When the air compressor charges the air tank from 1 atmosphere pressure, the relationship between pressure and time increases linearly. However, due to the sealing structure of the air tank, there must be residual pressure when the air tank is deflated, so when the final pressure of the air tank is 15% of the rated working pressure of the air tank, the air tank is started to inflate until the gauge pressure is reached. Up to 220kgf/cm2, this stage is in a better operating state.
