(1) Site: The air compressor installer chooses a clean, well-lit wide place to facilitate the space and lighting required for operation, maintenance and repair.

(2) Space: Choose a place with low air humidity, less dust, good ventilation and fresh air, and avoid foggy, dusty and fibrous environments.

(3) Environment: According to the requirements of GB50029-2003 "Code for Design of Compressed Air Station", the heating temperature of the compressed air station machine room should not be lower than 15℃, and the temperature of the machine room during non-working hours should not be lower than 5℃. When the air compressor suction port or the unit cooling air suction port is located indoors, the indoor ambient temperature should not be greater than 40 °C.

(5) Filtering equipment: If the factory environment is poor and there is a lot of dust, pre-filtering equipment must be installed to ensure the service life of the air compressor system parts.

(6) Air volume: when the air volume of a single unit is equal to or greater than 20m3/min, and the total installed capacity of the compressed air station is equal to or greater than 60m3/min, lifting equipment for maintenance should be installed, and its lifting capacity should be The heaviest part of the air compressor unit is determined.

(7) Maintenance: According to the requirements of GB50029-2003 "Code for Design of Compressed Air Station", reserve passage and maintenance space, and the width of passage between the air compressor unit and the wall is appropriately maintained at a distance of 0.8-1.5m according to the size of the exhaust volume. .
