Air compressor failure integration

When we use air compressors, we often encounter small shortcomings of one kind or another. Some small problems may be particularly difficult for those who do not know how to do it, but for those who are familiar with this industry, it is pediatrics.

1. The outlet temperature of the machine head or the exhaust temperature is high

Excessive temperature rise is a rare fault in the operation of screw air compressors. Screw air compressors often operate at low temperatures, which will seriously affect the displacement and service life of the machine. When the temperature rises too high, low temperature shutdown will occur. The reasons are:

1. The temperature sensor is faulty. If the temperature sensor fails, it will cause the PLC to falsely report that the temperature is too high and cause shutdown.

2. Ambient temperature factors. The outlet temperature of the screw air compressor head is generally set at about 110°C, and the outlet temperature of the head is equal to the ambient temperature plus 60°C. The ventilation environment is poor, and a few high temperatures are caused by this.

3. The temperature control valve is faulty. When the air compressor is cold started, the temperature control valve can make the oil bypass the cooler and spray directly into the main engine head, decelerate the oil temperature rise, and avoid condensation in the air compressor. After the air compressor is running normally, it can be adjusted according to the oil temperature. The proportion of oil flowing through the cooler and the bypass circuit controls the injection temperature. If the temperature control valve is damaged or the action is insensitive, a small amount of low-temperature oil will be directly circulated into the main engine head without the cooler, resulting in high main engine temperature.

4. The oil filter is faulty. The oil filter is used to filter the dust and impurities in the oil circuit. It is easy to block after a period of use. After the blockage, the oil return is not smooth and the temperature of the host is high (often at the moment of loading).

5. The oil cut-off valve is faulty. The oil cut-off valve is controlled by the air pressure of the air tank to inject fuel in its reciprocating motion. If a fault occurs, the oil circuit is not smooth and the oil temperature is high; debris blocks the oil circuit or the control air circuit, causing the fuel cut-off valve to be closed without fuel injection. It will cause the main engine head to have a high temperature due to lack of oil or poor heat dissipation.
